Is there anything that says Vacuum devices CAN be used along with erection pills? (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra?) And would it help? Or is this a bad idea for any reason? I just thought they might complement each other, especially if the pills weren't working well.

My uro says you can try this but be sure not to over pump as it doesn't help more to over pump but can cause damage we are all warned about.
